By requesting, purchasing, or using services from Paravant Risk Group LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a business, organization, or government contractor, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that entity.
You certify that you own, manage, operate, or are otherwise authorized to request cybersecurity services for the website, domain, network, organization, or publicly accessible assets submitted to Paravant Risk Group LLC.
You authorize Paravant Risk Group LLC to perform external cybersecurity assessments, risk visibility reviews, vulnerability identification, and related analysis of publicly accessible assets associated with the submitted website or organization.
Paravant Risk Group LLC provides cybersecurity risk management, advisory, reporting, compliance-readiness, and security review services. Services may include external exposure assessments, vulnerability identification, executive summaries, risk prioritization, remediation guidance, and recurring risk management support.
Services are advisory in nature. Paravant Risk Group LLC does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be discovered, that all risks will be eliminated, or that future cybersecurity incidents will be prevented.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, confirming authorization to assess submitted assets, reviewing reports, making business decisions, and implementing remediation actions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Monthly services are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Cybersecurity reports and findings may contain sensitive information. Clients are responsible for protecting reports, recommendations, and related communications from unauthorized disclosure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paravant Risk Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
Paravant Risk Group LLC may use third-party platforms such as Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email communications. Use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Paravant Risk Group LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
